In the past (older Oxwall versions) this plugin worked perfectly, unfortunately under the 1.8.8 and 1.9.0 versions the navigation buttons to go through the steps are not visible or (the 1.8.8 version) the navigation buttons are poorly visible.
Apparently this plugin does not work under the 7.4 or 8.1 version of PHP.
