(Supports the system by roles)

This plugin adds an extra menu in the mobile version of oxwall (core)

-If the user is not allowed by the role system, then it will show a message that can be modified via the oxwall language system.

- This does not add new methods, just use the ones already available in this version. The idea is to have a more comfortable, visible, and modern style menu.
