Photo Patch
Allow users to upload photos with tags, rates, and comments
Improve version 11000 by hiding the create album field and choose album if you don't have any or if you only have one.
If you have multiple albums, it displays normally.
If you don't have an album, one called "my photos" will be created automatically.
