Start Conversation Limit

Plugin adds a possibility for controlling the number of start chat conversations (including mobile version) for each membership role.

The limits for using the chat are set for a certain period of time, by default it's a day (you can change it in admin area).

When the limit is reached, users will see messages about updating their member
