Resend Verification Email

Easily remind people to verify their accounts by re-sending their verification email from the unverified user list in the admin control panel.

Please bare in mind:

If a user has registered with a false email address then they won't receive a verification email.

Initial release with following features:

* Hidden status column text on the users unverified page.

* All unverified statuses are now buttons to resend verification emails.

* Resend buttons disable themselvs after use until page refresh.
