Store - Review list of Plugin: TinyMCE Editor

The latest version, 2.5, is missing files that are in the previous version, 2.3. It gives JavaScript errors when loading libraries and this prevents "drag & drop" of plugin settings from working. Without this feature you can't add and remove buttons and with the default settings it doesn't add any useful features. I haven't gotten it to work.
