Previously not working for me

For top menu, it says, "This functionality is no longer being developed - was to oxwall.1.6.5. You can turn it on, but if they attempt the operation is disable it. In subsequent updates will not be possible inclusion of this feature." and my experience wasn't much satisfactory.
