To be able to add / edit on the index page you have to click "customize the page".

To edit the page system, go to pages in the admin menu, and then click "edt page".

Plugin allow edit pages using visuale editor.

CMS editing oxwall system pages and added widget to index page it support for multilanguage as is in your oxwall (always you edit languiage who is selected in your oxwall page latest pluin version has not option for select language becouse always edit curnet page language).

You can display oxwall pages while index page too.
